$500 or full price of building, whichever is less, is due on auction day. Full payment is due before building is removed from property. Buildings should be removed from property within one month.
How will I get it home? Yoder Building Company will deliver your building to you within a 100 mile radius for a cost of 10% of your bid price. You can arrange your own delivery if you prefer.
